1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any tour, yatra or transport with Shivani Travel you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking.

2. Booking & Payment

• Bookings confirmed with minimum 30% advance payment.
• Full payment must be made 48 hours before departure.
• We accept UPI, bank transfer and cash. Confirmation sent via WhatsApp.

3. Cancellation & Refund

• 15+ days before: 25% cancellation charge.
• 7–14 days before: 50% cancellation charge.
• Within 7 days: No refund.
• Yatra packages: No refund within 48 hours of departure.

4. Traveler Responsibilities

• Carry valid government-issued photo ID at all times.
• Report to departure point on time — no liability for missed departures.
• Smoking, alcohol and disruptive behavior strictly prohibited in vehicles.

5. Liability

Shivani Travel acts as tour organizer and is not liable for loss, injury or accident during travel. Force majeure events carry no compensation obligation.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to courts in Delhi.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with hotels, transport providers and payment processors involved in your booking, and with authorities when required by law.
